One of the greatest moments in a WWE Superstar’s life is performing live in front of the WWE Universe during WWE’s biggest event each year, WrestleMania. Here, look at the top 10 superstars who have fought the most matches at WrestleMania.
- The Miz (14 matches)
The Miz competed in his 14 matches at WrestleMania and this year he teamed with R-Truth where he won the RAW Tag Team Championship.
- Seth Freakin’ Rollins (14 matches)
Next up is architect Seth Freakin’ Rollins. He fought over 14 matches at WrestleMania XL and lost both matches. The first night they lost first to Roman and the Rock. He lost in the second round to Drew McIntyre. Let’s see who his next world championship challenger will be.
- Rey Mysterio (15 matches)
Rey Mysterio also has about 15 matches in various Mania eras. His last match took place in 2024, where he teamed up with Andrade to win and defeat Legado del Fantasma.
- Big Show (15 Matches)
Big Show is currently signed to AEW, but he has no plans for more than 15 matches. He denies being the 6th person on the list of doing so. His last WrestleMania took place at WrestleMania 32, where he lost to Baron Corbin in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
- John Cena (16 matches)
Sixteen-time world champion John Cena is having his 16th match at WrestleMania. Although he made a cameo appearance at this year’s WrestleMania, he is still old enough to wrestle more matches, and his last match at WrestleMania was a loss to Austin Theory at the 39th edition.
- Shawn Michaels (17 matches)
The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels, played over 17 matches and won 6 of them. His last WrestleMania match was against The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVI, where he lost.
- Kane (17 matches)
Now retired, the Big Red Machine has fought against his name. He has played over 17 matches, with 8 wins and 1 loss. 9. His last WrestleMania match was at WM 32, where he failed to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
- Randy Orton (19 Matches)
The Viper’s Randy Orton has next competed in over 19 matches at Mania, including a match at Mania 40. In 20 matches, he had 8 wins and 11 losses, his last being a triple threat match against Logan Paul.
- Triple H (23 matches)
Next on the list is Hunter Triple H. Despite his hiatus due to age, he currently works as a creative force for WWE. He fought 23 matches and his last world title fight was against Batista at Mania 35. Even if he wins that match, we don’t know if he will be ready for the next match.
- The Undertaker (27 fights)
First on the list is Phenom, the Dead Man Undertaker who fought 27 fights and won 25 of them. Although he made a cameo appearance at WrestleMania 40, his last match at WrestleMania came in 2020 when he defeated AJ Styles in the Boneyard Match.
The circumstances of this match were very different, but it was definitely fun to watch. Now that he’s retired, he won’t be competing in full-fledged WWE wrestling, although he may participate in certain championship appearances.
Most of the wrestlers on this list have retired from wrestling, but some can come back at any time, and some have spent a lot of time in WWE and will continue to entertain to the fullest.
