4 apartments in Mumbai's Oshiwara area are sold by Priyanka Chopra for Rs 16.17 crore

Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has recently completed the sale of multiple luxury apartments in the Oberoi Sky Garden, a premium residential complex in Andheri West’s Lokhandwala area, fetching a total of Rs 16.7 crore. Property records accessed through IndexTap.com reveal the details of these transactions, which were finalized on March 3, 2025.

Among the sold properties, Flat No. 1801/A was purchased for Rs 3.45 crore by Shruti Gaurav Sachdeva. This 1,075 sq. ft. residence includes one car parking space, with the transaction incurring a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh and a price per square foot of Rs 32,104. Another sale involved Flat No. 1801/C, acquired by Sneha Dang Sachdeva for Rs 2.85 crore. Measuring 885 sq. ft. and also accompanied by one parking space, this deal carried a stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh, with a PSF rate of Rs 32,203. Additionally, Flat No. 1901/C, a 1,100 sq. ft. home, was bought by Ronak Triloka Sachdeva for Rs 3.52 crore, including one car parking space and a stamp duty of Rs 21.12 lakh, with a PSF valuation of Rs 32,000. The largest transaction among them saw Flat No. 1801/B and Flat No. 1901/B, spanning a combined 1,985 sq. ft., sold to Rajini Trilok Sachdeva for Rs 6.35 crore. With two dedicated parking spaces, this high-value deal carried a stamp duty of Rs 31.75 lakh and a PSF rate of Rs 31,990.

Prior to these sales, in 2023, Priyanka had also offloaded two penthouses situated in the Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, Andheri. One, located on a higher floor with an 860 sq. ft. layout, fetched Rs 2.25 crore, while the second, a more spacious 1,432 sq. ft. penthouse, was sold for Rs 3.75 crore. According to records obtained via Zapkey.com, these transactions were registered on October 23 and October 25 of that year. Further back in 2021, she had sold two residential units in Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri West, for a combined Rs 7 crore in March.
