At EICMA, Hero unveils six new two-wheelers – three scooters and three bikes

Hero MotoCorp is currently hosting the 2023 EICMA event in Milan, Italy, which is the world premiere of six new two-wheelers. As we already gathered from the teasers, the biggest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world unveiled three new scooters: the Xoom 125R, Xoom 160, and Vida V1 Coupe, showing its expertise across several sectors. We have provided you with a quick overview of every model on exhibit at Hero’s show floor here:

Hero Vida V1 Coupe:

The Coupe, which is based on the Vida V1 Pro, will contribute to the Vida V1 electric scooter’s range extension by providing increased functionality due to its convertible seat, which can accommodate the pillion. It has the same specs and capabilities as the V1 Pro. A seven-inch TFT display, four ride modes, cruise control, and keyless start are a few of the highlights.

Xoom 125R Hero:

The Xoom 125R is sportier than its sibling, the Xoom 110, thanks to its more muscular body panels and similar platform. More crucially, it has 14-inch alloy wheels. Other features include sequential turn signals, Bluetooth and navigation on an all-digital display, and LED lighting throughout. It will face off against the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Suzuki Avenis 125.

Xoom 160 Hero:

The Hero Xoom 160 is billed as an adventure scooter and features a maxi scooter design. It will go on sale in India the following year, just as the previously stated scooters. It will be equipped with a new 156 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which it hopes to outperform the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SXR 160. It has an abundance of features, including a smart key, side-mounted exhaust, telescopic front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, tall windscreen, sporty body graphics, 14-inch alloy wheels with block pattern tires, telescopic front forks, and a single-piece seat.

Concept of Hero 2.5R Xtunt:

Based on the same architecture as the newly released Karizma XMR, the street/stunt bike concept appears to use the same 210 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with about 25 horsepower. Next year, it might give birth to a nude streetfighter to compete against the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, Suzuki Gixxer 250, KTM 250 Duke, and other such vehicles.

Hero e-Bike Lynx Dirt & Concept Acro:

The Lynx electric dirt bike design was inspired by the Lynx Cat. It weighs 82 kg and has a 15 kW electric engine and 3 kW battery pack that can power the bike for about 60 minutes. Kids-only electric bikes like the Concept Acro are made just for them. Its frame can be adjusted in three different ways to fit children ages three to nine.
