As players level up and move through the tiers, the Battle Pass system—which offers a variety of cosmetic rewards including skins, gliders, back blings, and much more—becomes a defining feature of Fortnite.
Throughout the game’s history, the community has praised a great deal of Battle Passes, but some have slipped under the radar and not gotten the due recognition they deserve.
The Fortnite community believes that these Battle Passes need to be given greater love.
5) Chapter 2 Season 5 – Zero Point
Though many people still remember Chapter 2 Season 5 with its intriguing gameplay mechanics and significant plot, it was also the season in which Epic Games took collaboration to new levels.
Many gamers believe the Zero Point Battle Pass offers have been greatly underestimated since The Mandalorian and other original characters, like the enduring Man Cake, were introduced.
Unfortunately, Chapter 2 Season 5’s emphasis on specific franchise crossovers rather than the Battle Pass as a whole often dominates the Zero Point Battle Pass.
4) Chapter 4 Season 3 – Wilds
Many players think that this season’s Battle Pass offerings were rather thrilling, even though many of them do not have many pleasant memories of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3. The Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass has managed to stick out in many players’ memory with its combination of iconic skins like Optimus Prime and a fresh take on the popular Meowscles skin with the Purradise Meowscles.
The disappointing gameplay that preceded the season and left a bad taste in the mouths of many Fortnite players has cast a shadow over the extraordinary gifts of the Wilds Battle Pass.
3) Chapter 2 Season 3 – Splash Down
Chapter 2 Season 3, which many players refer to as the “Underwater” season, featured a ton of intriguing new Battle Pass goodies. Along with featuring DC’s Aquaman, the ruler of the seven seas, The Pass also debuted the Build-A-Brella, a customizable umbrella glider.
However, the Chapter 2, Season 3 Battle His Pass is often overlooked by players, perhaps due to mixed reactions to this season’s map and its flood theme.
2) Chapter 2 Season 6 – Primal
Players were first exposed to the wild elements of the game in Chapter 2 Season 6, yet another season that the Fortnite community largely finds unimpressive. Along with other appropriate additions like Lara Croft and the Spire Assassin, the long-awaited Agent Jones skin was available in the Battle Pass. These clothes perfectly complemented the season’s primal theme.
The Battle Pass was indeed impressive and fitting but fans’ negative reactions to the addition of Primal and Makeshift weapons overshadowed the pass due to unpleasant gameplay experiences.
1) Chapter 1 Season X – Out of Time
The Chapter 1 Season X Battle Pass, which is best renowned for its contentious gameplay adjustments like the B.R.U.T.E. mechs, rounds off this list. But with skins like the Ultima Knight and X Lord paying homage to iconic skins from past Battle Passes from Fortnite’s history, the Season X Battle Pass was a nostalgia-filled treasure trove.
But the Out of Time Battle Pass is often overlooked because of gamers’ mounting annoyance with Season X’s gameplay and their perception that the skins were too similar.
