NASCAR fans have the ideal opportunity to catch up on the new series “NASCAR: Full Speed” on Netflix as the 2024 season draws near. Nine drivers are followed during the 2023 Cup Series playoffs by the five-part Netflix series, which debuted on Tuesday, January 30. Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Denny Hamlin, Kyle Larson, and Ross Chastain are a few of the people that appear in “NASCAR: Full Speed”.
Ahead of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series, fans worldwide will have the opportunity to receive a close-up look at the lives of these nine drivers. Producers of “NASCAR: Full Speed” on Netflix include many well-known figures, such as Dale Earnhardt Jr., a member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Connor Schell, best known for his work on “30 for 30.”
Tim Clark, Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of NASCAR, stated, “This is the most competitive form of motorsport on the planet.” “People are going to see it up close and see the beating and the banging and the aggressiveness of the drivers, but also the skill of the drivers – and what they’re able to do with a race car [driving at] 200 miles an hour, around 38 other race cars, hitting the same spot for 400 miles.”
On Sunday, February 4, the Clash at The Coliseum, NASCAR’s season-opening exhibition race in Los Angeles, will unofficially kick off the 2024 season. The 2024 Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum has been recreated 10,000 times by SportsLine’s projection model, and the results have produced a surprise leaderboard. Mike McClure, a SportsLine predictive analytics engineer and daily fantasy expert, created this unique NASCAR prediction model, which considers a number of factors such as track history and previous results.
In 2023, McClure’s model performed exceptionally well, correctly predicting wins by Martin Truex Jr. (20-1) and in New Hampshire (11-2), Joey Logano (8-1) and Kyle Busch (10-1) at Fontana, Denny Hamlin (6-1) at Kansas, and Kyle Larson (6-1) at Martinsville and the NASCAR All-Star Race (13-2). In addition, the model accurately picked the winners of two playoff races: Larson won at 9-2 in Las Vegas, while Ryan Blaney won at 12-1 in Talladega. Additionally, it perfectly predicted five of Larson’s wins during his historic 2021 campaign.
Since 2021, the model has correctly predicted a staggering 15 winners in total. Huge profits were realised by anyone who followed its lead on those NASCAR picks. A group of NASCAR insiders has provided its futures choices for the NASCAR Cup Series.
The historic Daytona 500 will take place on February 18 of 2024 as the first of 26 regular season races in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series schedule. After 26 races, the regular-season winner will be declared and given 15 points ahead of the NASCAR playoffs. Through their performance in races throughout the regular season, drivers collect points, and if they collect enough points or win, they can guarantee a spot in the NASCAR playoffs. Twenty-six drivers will make it to the NASCAR playoffs in 2024.
