Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently engaged with her fans through an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, where she was asked to name the best actress in the film industry. In response, Samantha gave a heartfelt tribute to several actresses, praising their performances without ranking them in any particular order.
“Some of the best performances are acknowledged here. I absolutely admire these women, the risks they take, and the incredible work they’re doing-it’s not easy. Huge respect to Parvati in Ullozhukku, Nazaria in Sookshma Darshini, Sai Pallavi in Amaran, Alia Bhatt in Jigra, and Ananya Panday in CTRL. They are all rockstars,” she shared.
Samantha further expressed her admiration for the cast of All We Imagine as Light, highlighting the stellar performances of Kani and Divya Prabha. “They were simply amazing. I can’t wait to see all the work they bring to life this year,” she added.
A few days prior, Samantha opened up about embracing solitude, revealing that she had embarked on a “Silence Sadhna.” Sharing an image of a card that read “Silence,” she wrote, “Three days in silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for company.”
She said, “Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things,” after having the experience. Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely.”
Samantha has also spoken about the transformative impact of meditation in her daily life. She previously shared a video of herself meditating, encouraging her followers to try it. “Even 15 minutes a day-whether sitting in silence, focusing on your breath, or following a guided session-can make a difference. There’s no perfect way to do it; just the simple act of tuning in. Meditation has become my anchor, a way to reconnect with the peace that always exists within,” she expressed.
