The February 2024 Game Pass roster has been revealed by Microsoft, while everyone waits to see what the future holds for Xbox.
Anuchard is now available on February 6 (PC, Console, and Cloud). This is the official synopsis: “The kingdom of Anuchard has fallen. Generations after the collapse, its surviving descendants have chosen you to become The Bellwielder of the magical Audros Bell. Go forth, battle monsters, solve puzzles, and restore Anuchard to its former skyward glory!”
Train Sim World 4 (Cloud, Console, and PC) by Dovetail Games is now available as of today, February 7: “Train Sim World 4 offers an array of new tools and features that let you get creative, travel at high speeds, and roam freely along the tracks.” Create your own liveries, set up scenarios, and use the new Photo Mode to take railfan photos on three intricate routes in the USA, Austria, and the UK.
Then, Madden NFL 24 (Console and PC) is released on February 8 thanks to EA Play. Just in time for the Super Bowl, PC Game Pass or Ultimate users can get the football game from EA Sports. The Madden NFL 24 review from IGN received a 6 out of 10. “New animations and improved AI make Madden NFL 24’s on-field action the best it’s ever been, but everything that happens off the field is a slog of dated modes and laggy menus that brings everything around it down,” we stated.
Moving on, the Resident Evil 3 remake (Cloud, Console, and PC) will be available on February 13. “Another excellent Capcom adaptation of a vintage survival horror film. We gave Resident Evil 3 a 9 out of 10 in our review, and we said, “Keep em’ coming.”
Two games are available on February 14: the retro side-scrolling action RPG Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (Cloud, Console, and PC) and the puzzle game A Little To the Left (PC, Cloud, and Console). We concluded our review of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night with, “The wait was worth it.” “In the vein of the original Castlevania, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is a whole new castle to crash full of unexpected monsters and mysteries.”
PlateUp! (Cloud, Console, and PC) will launch in Game Pass on February 15. This is how it is described: “Classic cooking action with permanent roguelite progression. Cook and serve your dishes, design and decorate your restaurants, and expand your culinary kingdom with unlocks, abilities and dishes in procedurally-generated layouts. Take on the challenge solo or hire up to three friends.”
Lastly, on February 20, Return to Grace (PC, Console, and Cloud) will be available through Game Pass. The official blurb states, “A daring space archaeologist has just unearthed the ancient resting place of a long-lost A.I. god known as Grace.” “Adventure with various fractured A.I. personalities as you uncover the great mystery of why she was shut down all those years ago in this first-person narrative adventure set in a visually stunning ‘60s retro sci-fi world.”
