The second seasons of Rabbit Hole and Fatal Attraction have received a “thanks but no thanks” from Paramount+.
Kiefer Sutherland starred in the spy thriller Rabbit Hole, while Joshua Jackson and Lizzy Caplan were reimagined in the 1987 film Fatal Attraction.
The Paramount+ representative said, “We want to thank both series’ entire creative teams, crews and the fantastic casts for their dedication to bringing these series to life,” “Both Fatal Attraction and Rabbit Hole will continue to be available on Paramount+ for audiences to discover.”
First season of the eight-part Rabbit Hole premiered on March 26; Fatal Attraction debuted in April.
Since February, Paramount+ has started eliminating titles in an effort to save expenses. Among the first to go were Real World: Homecoming, The Twilight Zone, Interrogation, Coyote, No Activity, Guilty Party, and the animated series The Harper House.
Star Trek: Prodigy, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Queen of the Universe, and The Game were the next shows to end in June.
Furthermore, Paramount+ declared earlier this month that the iCarly reboot would not receive a fourth season renewal. On the streamer, the first three seasons will still be available.
In an effort to save money, other streaming providers like Netflix, the former HBO Max, and Disney+ have all in the past dropped original shows from their lineups.
