Motorola has begun teasing its upcoming tech offerings in India, including a new tablet equipped with stylus support and its first-ever laptop. While the official Flipkart listing confirms the arrival of these products, it leaves out specific names and detailed information. However, a report from 91Mobiles has unveiled more about what to expect from Motorola’s new tablet and laptop, including their likely names and launch timeline.
The two upcoming devices are expected to be introduced as the Moto Pad 60 Pro and Moto Book 60, and are anticipated to debut on April 15, alongside the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus. The Moto Pad 60 Pro is likely to feature a large display with slim bezels surrounding it. Leaked renders suggest it will come in a green colour variant and include standard controls like a volume rocker on the right side, with the top edge housing the power button, speaker grills, and a SIM tray, indicating support for either 4G or 5G connectivity. The bottom section is expected to carry a USB Type-C charging port along with additional speaker vents to boost multimedia capabilities. On the rear, a square-shaped camera module in the upper-left corner is set to house a 13MP camera and an LED flash, while a textured strip adds a dual-tone finish to the device’s back panel. A separate render has also showcased a Motorola stylus with a built-in button, likely enabling additional input options for users.
This tablet is speculated to be a rebranded version of the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, which was recently launched in India with a starting price of ₹27,999. Meanwhile, the Moto Book 60 is expected to mark Motorola’s entry into the laptop segment. Early images suggest it will be available in green and blue shades and feature Motorola’s recognizable dimple branding on the outer lid. The design appears minimal and sleek, with narrow bezels around the display, and includes multiple USB Type-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack along the left edge. The laptop also seems to have a conventional keyboard layout with speakers on either side, accompanied by Dolby Atmos branding, which hints at an immersive audio setup.
Motorola may also incorporate its PANTONE-inspired colour palette into both devices, aligning with what’s already been introduced on select smartphones. The full specifications and pricing for the Moto Pad 60 Pro and Moto Book 60 are expected to be revealed during the official launch event scheduled for April 15.
