It’s Selena Gomez getting “love on.”
The 31-year-old actress and singer announced on Thursday that her newest song will be available on February 22.
According to a press release, “Love On” is anticipated to be a “fun and flirty song inspired by the months Selena spent in Paris last year”.
The song, which comes after August’s “Single Soon,” is Gomez’s first release of the year.
The Only Murders in the Building actress is embracing her partnership with producer Benny Blanco as evidenced by her bold new song.
Gomez celebrated the Valentine’s day—her first with 35-year-old Blanco—on Tuesday by posting a charming Valentine’s Day message on her Instagram Story.
Gomez is seen wearing a peace sign and putting her tongue out in the picture, cozying up to the record producer. As he pushed his fingers to his lips, Blanco (real name Benjamin Joseph Levin) made the V sign.
The singer of “Calm Down” captioned the snap with the words, “🤍 I love you.”
In addition, Blanco honored his lover by posting a picture of the “Wolves” singer grinning and sitting in the back of a car while decked up in a fuzzy coat and a white scarf around her head.
Following their Instagram Monday reference to one another as their “bes fwend,” the couple shared Valentine’s Day photos together.
Gomez wrote, “My bes fwend,” with a collection of pictures she posted of the two cuddling. “Das my bes fwend,” Blanco retorted in the comments section.
Early in December, Gomez made their romance known to the public by declaring on Instagram that “he is my absolute everything in my heart” and “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”
