‘Sound of Freedom,’ earned over $125 Million at box office, will begin to move into international releases

Sound of Freedom, the indie action-drama film that has already acquired more than $125 million at the North American box office, will start to move into international appropriation from the next month.

Angel Studios, the group supported, Utah-based production and distribution firm behind the image, says it has set releases in domains including the U.K., Australia and Latin America.

The organization made sense of that it has organized direct-to-theater distribution deals in Latin America, the U.K, and Ireland. In different regions it will take the more customary course of partnering with distributors. No distribution unions have been named.

It will first release in South Africa on Aug. 18, trailed by Australia and New Zealand on Aug. 24. It sick arrive at the U.K. what’s more, Ireland on Sept. 1 and Spain on Oct. 11. Starring Jim Caviezel, Mira Sorvino, Bill Camp, José Zúñiga and actor-producer Eduardo Verástegui, the film recounts to a reality based story of a government specialist who saves a kid from sex dealers and afterward gets back to the Colombian jungle to safeguard his sister.

The movie is written and directed by Alejandro Monteverde (Toronto winner “Bella” and “Little Boy”).

Angel says that the film “is the only film in history to achieve a second-week jump greater than 35% during the summer blockbuster season,” and reports that it is presently the top earning free film since the pandemic.

In its fourth seven day stretch of delivery, the film’s U.S. screen count is presently about 3,285 theater areas. Delivered on July 4, it domestic gross currently remains at $127 million.
