Oppo has introduced its latest Find X8 series in China, featuring the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. While the phones have debuted in China, Oppo has confirmed that the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro will soon be available in India and other global markets, though specific launch dates remain unannounced.
The Oppo Find X8 boasts a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with impressive peak brightness of 4500 nits, instant touch response at 2160Hz, and Dolby Vision, protected by Oppo’s Crystal Shield. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, the device is equipped with an Immortalis-G925 GPU for intense graphics tasks and supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM with a maximum of 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
In terms of photography, the Find X8 features a powerful 50MP Sony LYT-700 main camera with OIS and 10-bit HDR capabilities, paired with a 50MP Samsung S5KJN5 ultra-wide lens and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 telephoto lens offering 3x optical and up to 120x digital zoom. The front camera includes a 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor for selfies and video calls.
The Find X8 Pro takes things further with a larger 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display and the same MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. Its camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT808 main lens, a 50MP Samsung S5KJN5 ultra-wide, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Additionally, the Pro variant features a 50MP Sony IMX858 lens with 6x optical and 120x digital zoom, while the 32MP Sony IMX615 front camera mirrors the Find X8.
Both devices run on the latest ColorOS 15 with Android 15 and offer IP68/69 protection against water and dust. They include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and infrared capabilities. The Find X8 comes with a 5,630mAh battery, while the Pro version carries a larger 5,910mAh battery, with both supporting 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
