Filmmaker Emerald Fennell is back with Saltburn, her follow-up to Promising Young Woman, for which she received an Academy Award. You can now watch Saltburn at home for free if you weren’t able to see it in theatres when it first came out in November.
Here’s how to view it: For Prime members only, Saltburn may be streamed on Amazon Prime Video. If you’re a Prime member, you can watch Saltburn online for free by logging in with your membership.
Not a subscriber to Prime? Plans for the streaming service alone start at $8.99 a month. You can sign up for just that. Saltburn is available to new subscribers for free during a 30-day trial.
In addition to Saltburn, Prime Video provides access to many more shows and films, including NFL’s Thursday Night Football, classic series like Miami Vice, All in the Family, and Columbo, as well as Emmy-winning and award-nominated series like The Marvellous Mrs Maisel, Daisy Jones & The Six, Fleabag, Jury Duty, and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
Despite having a monthly starting price of $8.99, Prime Video merely gives you access to the streaming service. However, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime if you’d like to take advantage of everything the service has to offer, which includes access to Prime Video, Prime Gaming, and Prime Reading; quick same-, next-, or two-day free shipping with Prime Delivery; in-store discounts at Whole Foods Market; and much more.
Afterwards, depending on the plan you choose, the cost automatically renews at $14.99 per month or $139 annually.
Written and directed by Emerald Fennell, Saltburn tells the story of shy and socially awkward Oxford University student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan), who becomes entangled in the affluent lifestyle of Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi), a fellow student who extends an invitation to him to stay at his family’s opulent seaside estate in Saltburn, England.
Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Archie Madekwe, Carey Mulligan, and other actors also feature in the movie.
Saltburn is classified R and lasts for two hours and seven minutes. For Prime subscribers above, the thriller may now be streamed in 4K Ultra HD for free.
